*NSYNC -- Where Are They Now?

It's Been Five Years Since the Boys Last Recorded Together -- Here's What's Keeping Them Busy Today.

----

Lance Bass

Then: Lance was often considered the “quiet one.” In 2001, he starred in the romantic comedy 'On the Line,' which was so quiet, no one saw it.

Now: After years of pursuing projects like running his own management company and attempting to join the Russian space program, Lance made headlines last month by announcing his relationship with 'Amazing Race' winner Reichen Lehmkuhl. In his 'Odd Couple'-like sitcom with Joey, Lance will appropriately play the "gay" roomate.

Chris Kirkpatrick

Then: Every band needs “the quirky one,” and the dreadlocked, scruffy Kirkpatrick fit the bill for *NSYNC.

Now: Though he has remained the quietest since *NSYNC split, Chris continues to work on his FuMan Skeeto clothing and jewelry line, which he launched in 1999. *NSYNC's former high-note hitter also sings lead for alt-rockers Nigels 11, who are on a small-club tour and recording their debut album.

Justin Timberlake <3<3<3

Then: Once news of his relationship with teen queen Britney Spears became tabloid fodder in 2000, Justin emerged as *NSYNC's undisputed star.

Now: Justin ditched his squeaky-clean image with the multi-platinum 'Justified' and his infamous role in Janet Jackson's "Nipplegate" incident. He also crossed over to acting, starring alongside the likes of Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey and LL Cool J. Justin is now back at the mic with 'SexyBack' and a club tour in anticipation of his long-awaited second album, 'FutureSex/LoveSounds,' arriving September 12.

JC Chasez

Then: Before Justin stole his thunder, JC -– responsible for writing and producing several of *NSYNC's songs -- was the one that was supposed to make it big.

Now: After casting then-girlfriend Tara Reid in his first solo video, JC released his 2004 debut ‘Schizophrenic,' which sold a disappointing 118,000 copies. Even so, JC still managed to date Eva Longoria and then be named one of People's most eligible bachelors in 2006, and is now working on a second solo album with producers Timbaland, Rockwilder and ... Justin Timberlake.

Joey Fatone

Then: Joey, the oldest member of *NSYNC, was already a man when his “boy band” hit its peak, and became a father before the group split.

Now: Joey launched his acting career with a supporting role in the hit ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’ and continued with starring turns in the Broadway musicals ‘Rent’ and ‘Little Shop of Horrors.’ He is developing a sitcom with former bandmate Lance Bass, based on 'The Odd Couple.' The pair hopes to have the show on the air by fall 2007.
